Spring Gnomes This is a kit from Paisleys and Polka Dots Includes the blocks, gnomes and the hanging mushrooms on the beads. The flower pot on the right is a Foundations Decor item. This was a very fun set to complete. Things I did a little different - I added the same paper to the back since you can see my tray from 3 sides So far this has been my favorite of the gnome projects. 

The long over due Reno - Here are some slightly Before, during  and After shots of the room.  I forgot to take a before picture with all the furniture in the room of course. We were expecting the worst. this was the room that Empire replaced and had spent all day removing the prior flooring of cement board, screws and cement covered in the cheap sticker flooring.  glad it was actually done so well  and we didn't have to rent a scraping tool. We actually had more trouble in  this  room with  the carpet tack strips. Jason refers to them as the blackberry  bushes of the  construction world.  This pictu
