This was a gift for a dear friend. When I saw the paper I thought of her and the special people in her life. Cover Kept it simple so the flowers could shine through.  I wish I had an extra sheet of this to pop some of those flowers up but of course I didn't and it was the last kit. Journey This book was one I created a few years ago for the store I worked at. It was such a fun paper to play with - Love My Minds Eye Bear with me on some of the photo's my last camera phone was a little persnickety One photo would be great and the next fuzzy. Couldn't win with that camera.... So I am posting some past books I created. Most of these are retired paper I no longer have. Just wanted to share some of my favorites with all of you. Ok so you all know I am a little crazy but I think this past few weeks I have taken on a little too much. I'm still standing is the only positive I have to give on this! So I had tried to find time in Oregon to whip up some thank you's for Alli's shower and wedding... Well that didn't work out Apparently I need sleep - I know crazy.... So when we got back between card class (10 fall cards) and ghost boxes as well as a few orders that were on the high priority list I made a few cards for Alli to send out. Made 20 of this one. Liz created the background and the label I just had to cut and assemble. Went pretty quick This card matches the Shower invite too. Started this card which Liz created the stump for me. After getting the sample just right I switched to a couple of card class cards I was cutting out the stump in the process at night so I was working on this too:). Well silly me had this ribbon on my desk and found it looked great on a card I was creating soooo ...

Last of the Fall cards for the year... A little sad to see this season over but looking forward to some Winter themed thank you's next month (Think Blues, whites and sparkles) Really felt the fall when I was setting up this class. I had been in Oregon where it was a weird fall with not much in the way of trees turning beautiful and then came home to my gorgeous fall tree in front of our house. It just inspired me.  Also I would look out my window and see the beautiful fall colors and that helped. Didn't get pictures of that view but I can still picture it in my head.
