Scallop Album For Hanna

Sharing an Album I did a while back for Hanna...
I had forgotten to take pictures and just got some of the album so I could share.

This is a chipboard acetate hybrid scallop edge album using the Dear Lizzy line
that I had used to make some bag books for Liz and her BFF Melody out of.
Well Hanna had seen the albums and liked the paper so the album came out of that love!

I love the acetate parts where you can see the next page!
The Jar's in this paper are so adorable too I love them
Used them on all the acetate pages

Sorry for the glare its the acetate - please bear with me on the glares.

I left the most of the jar labels blank so Hanna could label them with themes of her pictures

I think the hibiscus flower jars are my favorites

I just love this paper it so sweet and so special

Love the ice cream cone in the set. it makes you want a tripe scoop of fun.

the yellow polka dot paper got that Polka dot bikini song in my head

I just loved making this album for Hanna I hope you like seeing all the pages
and it inspires you to make one for yourself.

Paper Pumpkin Magic! - 3 layouts and 6 cards

I received my paper pumpkin kit for July and wanted to create a few layouts and some of the cards. Video shows the cards and layouts - creating one 12X12 layout during the video for Nancy. You Tube Video: Cards: Daisy in Old Olive card Flower in Melon Mambo card Poppies in Calypso Coral card Card details: Card base is from CTMH July Paper Pumpkin kit Inks - Artichoke, Rosy and Papaya Cuts: Card base from the kit cut in half then the floral front was cut to 3 3/4 X 4 3/4 the solid pattern was cut to 4 X 5 1/4 (cutting out 3 1/2 X 4 3/4 out of the center) Process: I added the corresponding ink to the card base to soften it and then I added the solid pattern and the floral pattern. I inked the edges of the floral and solid pieces from the kit then adhered them to the card base. I added strip pop tape to the frame and the flower piece then added it to the card.
